Just a very simple milkshake I thought I’d share it here:
- Half a fresh pomegranate
- 1 portion of ‘Shredded Wheat’ whole grain wheat
- Half cup of milk
- One crystal ginger cube
Put all these in your blender and there you go! You nice juicy cranberry milkshake is ready for you!
Research shows cranberry juice is very effective in dealing with urinary infections which fequently happen amongst women. It helps detox your body as well! Some of you might find the fresh pomegranate seeds taste a bit ‘odd’, if you prefer not to have these, just use a fruit crusher to get the juice and then blend it in with other ingredients.
